Let’s flow together at the beach, while listening to the sound of the ocean and feeling the sand underneath your toes.
The beautiful atmosphere of the beach will allow you to calm your mind and fully connect with your body.
All Yoga classes are open for every level .
At the beach we will mostly practice a gentle Hatha or Vinyasa Practice, sometimes also combined with elements from Yin Yoga.
