Winter Yoga Retreat in Ibiza  14.02.2020 – 21.02.2020

After Christmas and New Years, February is a great time to give back to yourself.

And this is why we have mindfully created a week for everyone to nourish body, mind and soul.


The Retreat:

Come join us for a week full of quality time, lots of yoga and delicious plant based food on the beautiful Island Ibiza this winter.

Our holistic winter retreat is a perfect escape for everyone who wants to rest, recharge and energize for the new year.

With daily Yoga classes, healthy plant based food, walks in nature and enough time for yourself to explore and enjoy the island, this week will be a unique experience.

    Come to relax, let go, feel, enjoy, learn, share and connect with others


The Yoga lessons with Lisa will be a variety of styles. 

In the morning, we will mostly practice a gentle flow including elements from Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga together. This practice will help to create flexibility, strength and balance in your body as well as in your mind. 

Combined with meditation practice and pranayama, this will be a perfect way to start into the day with lots of positive and fresh energy.

In the evenings we will practice Yin Yoga.

Yin Yoga allows us to work on a deeper level not only physically but also mentally.

As postures will be held for 3 minutes or even longer it helps to work on the connective tissues as well as on our joints ligaments and tendons.

The Island:

Ibiza is really special in winter. The island is known for its parties in summer but it is indeed a great place during winter months for everyone who is seeking quietness.

Empty beaches, beautiful green fields with beautiful flowers and blossom trees and amazing colorful sunsets.

Also during winter time Ibiza offers mild temperatures between 13 and 20 degrees celsius that allow to enjoy lots of outdoor activities.


Our winter retreat takes place in a spacious luxury villa on the west side of the island surrounded by the sea…

It only takes a 30 minutes drive from Ibiza Airport to the retreat venue. 

The house has a beautiful outside area with pool, garden and sauna and a big inside living area with space to chill on a sofa or in front of the fire place. 

Embedded in the nature, the houses’ wooden yoga deck overlooking the pool and the ocean is looming for wonderful outdoor Yoga practices. Depending on the weather conditions, the villa also offers a big living area with a cosy fire place that can be used as an indoor Yoga space.

All rooms have a balcony or terrace, en suite bathroom and ac/heater.

You can choose to sleep in a shared triple or twin room.

But also booking your private room with en-suite bathroom is possible.

How our daily schedule might look like:

        • 07:30 Morning tea ceremony 
        • 08:00 Meditation and gentle flow Yoga 
        • 09:30 Breakfast together
        • 10:30 Free time / nature walks / cooking workshop
        • 13:00 Lunch together
        • 14:00 Free time / yoga workshops/ excursion/ time to get a massage
        • 17:00 Yin yoga
        • 19:00 Dinner together
        • 20:00 Free time to end the day / sound bath

We will start into the day with a silent morning tea ceremony before we will have pranayama, meditation & yoga lessons with Lisa.

After this we will have breakfast together made by Diana, followed by some free time.

Once we are finished with a healthy lunch, we offer a variety of activities, for example sharing circles, cooking- and yoga workshops. We might also take you on an excursion.

Everything designed in a mindful way that allows you to relax and find inner peace.  Furthermore, there will be time for nature walks, reading a book, exploring the island, having a wonderful massage or jump into the pool after sweating in the sauna.

In the later afternoons we will meet for Yin Yoga lessons.

After the class we will enjoy delicious dinner.

One evening we will have a magical sound healing session while most of the evenings you will have time for yourself to get cozy and relax.

Lisa is a certified Yin Yang Yoga Teacher.

She loves to share her passion for Yoga and the whole lifestyle around it with her students.

In her Yoga lessons Lisa will create a safe space where judgement does not exist and  everyone is very welcome.

She will guide you through her classes with ease and a lot of smiles.

Diana is a passionate vegan retreat chef.

She creates healthy plant based dishes,

made with love. Diana will prepare healthy vegan food that tastes great,

inspires and educates.
